I went for a run tonight after being attacked by my sister over the weekend. We are running a 5k in 33 days and she as disappointed that I hadn't started running yet. She even checked in with me today to see if I was going for a run. Well... I can't lie to her so I decided I would go for a run when I got home from work.
Here are today's stats: 2.1 miles in 31 minutes.
Not great but it is a start.
